A. LOT 1 – PLAQUES Superintendent Award of Honor Plaques a. Plaque is 10” H x 8” W. Walnut or equivalent with beveled edges. b. Medallion 3.5” (Virginia State Seal), silver in color with blue epoxy accents. c. The blue epoxy die shall need to be created and approved by VSP for the medallion seal. d. Seal shall be centered from top and engraved plate shall be centered from the bottom. e. Contractor shall create blue epoxy die for the metal cast seal and the pressed medallion. B. LOT 2 – FRAMES Award of Honor & Award of Merit Certificate Frames a. Contractor shall provide walnut framing for certificates that accompany the walnut plaque. b. All certificates are 11” H x 14” W in size. c. Frame measurements 15 ¼” W x 12 ¼” H, Larson Juhl Brighton Walnut 1 1/4" Frame #465110 or equivalent. d. Glass shall be regular, single strength. e. Backing shall be acid-free foam board, dry mount. f. Certificates shall be centered horizontally and vertically inside the frame.
