• all necessary cooking equipment, food, paper products, and any other requirements to fulfill this obligation and provide delivery to a specified location • provide high-quality value-based menu items to include two (2) protein entrée (seafood, chicken, beef), two (2) sides (potato, veggie, salad, rice, etc.), one (1) vegetarian, a one (1) dessert (cookies, brownie, pies, etc.), and a beverage dispenser (iced tea, lemonade, iced water, etc.) • dinnerware or to-go containers (disposable plates – choice of clear plastic or ecofriendly), cutlery, beverageware, napkins and condiments appropriate for the food items being served • set-up and service materials: chafing stands/pans, Sterno, lighter, serving utensils, generator, serving staff, etc. • delivery of all equipment, staff, and food items to the event location • submit a name of the person and contact information who will be coordinating catering
