The proposed acquisition is to acquire venue and space for the upcoming IFLEX and AFLEX training FY.25 - which are solely available from Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC (CAGE: 39JV6), IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). As previously stated, the required services have been determined to be only available from a single source, Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC.
