Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a new site with a user-friendly CMS system, • Provide the details of hosting of county website with an emphasis on the security of website’s host location, to include SSL security certificate, for portals of website where the public might log-in • Outline the redundant locations(s) for alternative hosting sites, in case of catastrophic circumstances that could result in the inability of the website’s public access- to eliminate down-time, • Provide a modern website design delivering functionality and usability with easy navigation, • Conduct usability testing with County test-groups (internal-staff and external-public), • Provide recommendations for further enhancements to the site to aide in its functionality and appeal
