The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified and interested firms to submit proposals to establish a requirements contract for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the County of Chesterfield (County), Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS) and volunteers of Fire/EMS. For purposes of this RFP, the County, CCPS and Fire/EMS volunteers are synonymous, except where otherwise required by context or law. The County, CCPS and Fire/EMS intend to award a single contract for the EAP however, the right to issue multiple awards is retained if, in the sole opinion of the County, CCPS, and/or Fire/EMS, multiple awards is in the best interest of the aforementioned parties. Each party reserves the right to award based on their best interest individually.
