The Contractor's physician (on-site physician) shall be trained in occupational medicine with primary focus on the delivery of occupational health services within Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), and National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) guidelines and in collaboration with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) standards and the National Consensus Guideline for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers and have a Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification. All of the contractors' staff shall be trained in and follow the HIPPA guidelines.
