The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to provide Invasive and Woody Vegetation Herbicide Treatment of 1,800 acres of woody vegetation at Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge, Saginaw, MI and 18 acres at Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, Trenton, MI. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0S24R0022. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. This requirement is set aside for small business.
