This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 13.105(b) for conference services and facility space for the Army National Guard Bureau's (ARNG's) annual Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference (MERC). This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses.
The ARNG is seeking a Contractor to provide a high-quality venue for a secure and professional meeting space in support of the MERC, which is occuring in May 2024. Please see the attached Solicitation W9133L24R3018, with an included Performance Work Statement, for full details.
Quotes are due on April 26, 2024 by 5:00pm ET. Submissions must conform to the instructions listed under 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-1.
