.The Contractor shall comply with all environmental regulations necessary during installation and maintenance of all environmental protections, dewatering devices, etc., per the approved permits. 9.The installed liner is fully structural HL-93 rated on its own, allowing for continued degradation of the host pipe, leaving a fully functional replacement pipe in place with a design life of 50 years. 10. The Contractor shall ensure the host pipe is free of debris prior to installation of the Fold and Form Flexible liner. 11. The final coat of the liner shall be worn and impact resistant. 12. The liner shall be place without internal separation or layering. 13. The liner shall be designed without consideration of the existing pipe. 14. The maximum thickness of the liner shall be 300 mils thick. 15. Bidder shall submit the name of the producer/manufacturer and plant location prior to work commencement. 16. The liner shall be applied in accordance with the Virginia Department of Transportation Special Provision for Pipe Rehabilitation, November 7, 2016, Method B, Category B.
