Specifications include, but are not limited to: Three (3) food truck vendors are needed to participate on September 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The applicants chosen must be set up by 12:00 PM on the date of the event. Due to the nature of the event, we prohibit the selling of all alcoholic beverages. Participation is voluntary, VCSB will not compensate any vendors for participating in the event. All profits earned by the vendor belong to the vendor. Electricity hookup will be provided for the event. Amp requirements to operate food trucks must be listed with submission of application. Vendors will be selected on a first come first served basis and must meet the requirements below. The variety of food sold will also be a determining factor in the selection process. REQUIREMENTS Food trucks are required to be fully inspected at the time of application submission. Vendors are required to maintain food standards in accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Vendors must be able to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Insurance requirements – Proof of insurance is to be submitted with the application. General Liability minimum $1,000,000. Automobile Liability minimum $1,000,000. Workers’ Compensation Coverage a minimum of $100,000 Bodily injury by accident $500,000. Injury by disease $100,000. Excess Liability minimum of $1,000,000.
