The 86th Medical Group, Ramstein Air Base, Germany has a requirement to start a new master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for medical ambulance services during interscholastic sporting events within the Kaiserslautern and Ramstein Military Community. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, vehicles, supplies, management and supervision necessary to provide and coordinate emergency medical service during interscholastic contact sports events at the below listed locations within the Kaiserslautern Military Community and Ramstein High School geographical area of responsibility. The Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, a properly equipped ambulance vehicle, an ambulance driver and a trained/qualified Emergency Medical Technician, EMT I-85, or German equivalent Rettungsassistent (RA) or as “Notfallsanitäter (NotSan)” (in accordance with Law on the profession of emergency paramedics* (Emergency Paramedic Act - NotSanG) Last updated Art 7c G v. 2023/07/19 I # 197), for the duration of all scheduled contact sports events. All services provided by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), all applicable United States (U.S.), German and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions and directives.
