The HQMC Behavioral Programs (SAPR and Curriculum Development) has a requirement for the following: Twenty-Five (25) to Thirty-Five (35) still and/or motion graphics (comic/”Superhero” format- depicting Marines the way they see themselves- physically fit, clean appearance) to be placed into SAPR/Curriculum Development digital training. The graphic/image solutions will also be kept for use by Curriculum Development and Behavioral Programs who will use these graphics to modernize prevention education, in other Behavioral Programs’ applicable materials, without restriction to Marine Corps use of the preceding or any other uses.
This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement is open to all vendors with the expertise as a Graphic Artist, Animator and/or Cinemagraphor.
