The Authorities may on occasion require general facility repairs and maintenance including but not limited to: 1. Facility fence clearing to include removal of any and all growth on around or through the fence. 2. Fence repairs including gates, barbed wire and posts. 3. Access clearing to pipelines, manholes, pump stations, streams, rivers. 4. Brush and tree removal and proper disposal. 5. Storm debris cleanup, removal and proper disposal. 6. General grounds maintenance to include mulching, tree and grass planting, ditch clearing, leaf removal and snow plowing. 7. Small retaining wall construction, repairs or other manual earth work. 8. General labor for as needed tasks not listed above. 9. Any of the above during emergencies.
