Specifications include, but are not limited to: : It is the intent of this RFP to solicit proposals for a single Medicare Advantage program based upon a comparable network platform that provides benefits to as closely as possible resemble those of the County’s current plan. The Medicare Advantage program should include a Medicare Part D plan. It is the County’s preference that the Medicare Part D plan be designed with employee copayments for retail and mail order, no calendar year deductible, and no coverage gap on the prescription drug benefit. The Contractor must support York County by providing services to be participants. Services that shall be provided include, but are not limited to, the following services: Enrollment education and assistance; Assistance with any questions during open enrollment or at other times throughout the plan year; Billing of required premium; Customer service including claim and provider billing advocacy services including assistance with appeals; and Educate and facilitate participant’s access to wellness services
