The office space consists of approximately 139,178 square feet including: twelve (12) bathrooms, three (3) kitchenettes, six (6) janitorial closets (two will be assigned to the Contractor for use), numerous cubicles and offices, nine (9) conference rooms, one (1) training room, one (1) fitness room, two (2) locker rooms, four (4) showers, four (4) stairwells, one (1) front lobby/vestibule, one (1) rear vestibule and (1) front entrance. Operating Hours (Op. Hrs.) - Five (5) days per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and shall be scheduled during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. After Operating Hours (AOH) - Five (5) days per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and shall be scheduled after the business hours of 5:00 p.m. through 2:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If the Contractor cannot make the regularly scheduled days, the Contractor shall contact the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator or designee to advise of the change of schedule.
