DAILY: Empty all waste receptacles (interior and exterior), damp wipe soiled receptacles, and replace with plastic liners. All outdoor ash trays and urns shall be emptied and wiped clean. Take appropriate caution to be sure smoking remains and ashes are fully extinguished. Pick up all litter and sweep walkways outside the entrances to the nearest curb. Dust mop uncarpeted floors. Wet-mop all uncarpeted floors, paying close attention to edges and corners to remove heavy soil and stubborn marks. Clean baseboards as necessary. All interior entrance areas and mats shall be cleaned, all mats shall be cleaned underneath as well as on the surface using HEPA vacuum. Spot clean carpets with approved spotter, as needed. Clean water fountains to remove build-up, stains and spots/smudges. Brush drains. Keep clean and free of any debris or waste material. Clean the interior and exterior of the entrance glass doors and adjacent glass partitions. Glass shall be free of finger marks, smudges, lint and other dirt spots of any kind. Wipe down light switches, doors, door handles, door plates, door edges, posts, walls, etc. Cloth furniture shall be vacuumed to remove any foreign matter and shampooed to remove spots and discoloration as needed. WEEKLY: All walls, door facings, and doors shall be free from dirt, lint, cobwebs, grease, grime, streaks, spots, stains, insects, etc. and shall present a clean and uniform appearance. All metal surfaces shall remain without dirt, deposits, sticky substances or tarnish. MONTHLY: All horizontal or vertical dust collecting surfaces from ceiling to floor shall be free from dust, dirt, stains, cobwebs, smudges, fingerprints, sticky substances, etc. This includes fire extinguishers, fire extinguisher boxes, ledges, plaques, pictures, light fixtures, ceiling fans, window blinds, supply and return air registers, grills, etc. All uncarpeted floors shall be buffed using floor machine equipped with a buffing brush or pad to maintain a high luster finish.
