Specifications include, but are not limited to: King George County Economic Development Authority seeks proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing website design and marketing services to create a vibrant new website. The new site will be user-friendly, professional, and innovative and work well with all major browsers. Included in the design will be Content Management System (CMS) that will allow KGCEDA Staff to manage easily. The final design will provide the following services: • Develop a new site with a user-friendly CMS system, • Provide the details of hosting of KGCEDA website with an emphasis on the security of website’s host location, to include SSL security certificate, for portals of website where the public might log-in • Outline the redundant locations(s) for alternative hosting sites, in case of catastrophic circumstances that could result in the inability of the website’s public access- to eliminate down-time, • Provide a modern website design delivering functionality and usability with easy navigation
