ESVHA is seeking the firm/individual to provide legal services dependent on the issues specific to the clearing of titles, specifically in assisting ESVHA through the Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission (A-NPDC) staff in the of consolidation of deeds and creation of legal wills, as appropriate for qualified individuals and families: 1. Estate Planning for project qualified individuals and families, including preparation and updating of legal wills, and preparation of Power of Attorney, as appropriate. 2. Preparation and filing of appropriate deeds to consolidate ownership and facilitate transfer upon sale of the property, or death of one or more of the owners, or otherwise prepare clear title. 3. Attend two public functions facilitated by A-NPDC staff and hosted by local non-profit entities, one in each county, to answer appropriate heir-property and estate planning questions from attendees. Public functions will be advertised locally, and open to the public.
