A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, traffic control (Lot 3 -Clarke County only), fuel, and incidentals necessary to mow grass; pick up litter, leaves and debris; trim around sidewalks, trees, buildings, parking areas, driveways, and fences, and utility amenities; prune shrubbery at designated areas on an as-needed basis when notified by the Contract Administrator, or designee. Services are to be performed in an efficient, professional and skillful manner consistent with the highest generally accepted industry standards and practices. Mowing will normally be performed during the growing season (April through November) and will not be necessary during the winter months of the contract(s). Additional mowing may be ordered during these months and other months as determined by the Contract Administrator or designee. The Contract Administrator has the right to suspend the mowing schedule during periods of dry weather or wet weather conditions.
