The Contractor shall produce final products including: - A marketing strategy and paid statewide media campaign to last no less than eight weeks and no more than 24 weeks that educates Virginians about the public behavioral health resources available in their community. - A dynamic landing page as part of dbhds.virginia.gov to include a multi-layered interactive map of resources across Virginia including CSBs and state facilities. Landing page should be operational and in use on DBHDS website prior to start of paid media campaign. - A video promoting statewide behavioral health services that can be used for social media,imbedded in the DBHDS website, and used in advertising campaigns if needed.Video should be completed and delivered prior to start of paid media campaign. - Social media assets that reflect the theme of the advertising campaign and can be used by DBHDS, CSBs, and their partners. Assets should be completed and delivered prior to start of paid media campaign.
