Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall fabricate the pre-designed product as outlined in the attached Specifications*. Exhibit shall be modular and capable to stand securely on its own when temporarily placed indoors. Exhibit materials shall be durable, weather-resistant, sun-resistant, UV-protected, and capable of withstanding wind gusts of up to 50mph. Exhibit must consist of (6) double-sided panels made of aluminum composite, consisting of two, 0.3-inch-thick aluminum layers and a polyethylene core. Exhibit must be protected with an anti-graffiti laminate or similar product. Exhibit must have a minimum lifespan of 8 years. Contractor shall print and install City-provided graphics. The City shall provide panel graphic files to be printed and installed no later than April 26, 2024. Contractor shall supply all equipment, labor, and materials to fabricate and install the exhibit. The City shall install a concrete pad at the permanent outdoor location prior to installation. Contractor shall transport and install the exhibit to the following locations: • Temporary Indoor Installation: Newport News City Hall, 2400 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. To be delivered on or before May 30, 2024 • Permanent Outdoor Installation Location: Christopher Newport Park, 2 27th Street Newport News, VA 23607. To be delivered on August 1, 2024**
