The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal services for linen cleaning at Langley Inns, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. This is a Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. NAFs are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services, and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 812320 - Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) with a size standard of $8M. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA480025Q0002 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
The requirement is as follows: The contractor shall provide all non-personal services for the operation and management of the Langley Air Force Base lodging facilities to include, but not limited to providing all necessary personnel, tools, transportation, and materials necessary for the execution of the linen exchange requirement in accordance with commercial industry standards and practices.
QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DECEMBER 2024 AT 4:00 P.M. EST.
