a. The contractor shall have mobile window tinting abilities to conduct on-site services at Virginia State Police Headquarters located at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, VA 23235. b. When ordered, the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to install new window tint and/or remove and replace existing window tint in accordance with the window tint material manufacturer's instructions and requirements. c. The pricing bid for services shall be all inclusive including travel expenses. d. The bidder shall have extensive experience with MaxPro brand window tint installation on multiple makes and models of domestic and imported vehicles. e. All work must be deemed acceptable by VSP. Repeated unacceptable services will result in contract termination. f. All crating, packaging, and debris must be removed from the premises at the Contractor's expense. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all debris is properly disposed of. g. The Contractor should not use a peel board for installation and will not be permitted to remove door panels or any other vehicle parts to install tinting.
