Specifications include, but are not limited to: One Card Integrations - The University intends for the One Card solution to integrate with multiple third-party platforms. Additionally, the University seeks an integrated hosted application software to enable the One Card system to support multiple card applications in real time. The below list includes anticipated integrations and corresponding notes: • Card production to include browser-based software and online photo submission • Mobile credential provisioning in Apple, Google and Samsung wallets • Dining services integration with Micros and GrubHub • Library services integration with SirsiDynix • Vending services integration with VendNatural • Laundry services integration with Caldwell & Gregory via SpeedQueen • Print management services integration with Papercut • Bookstore & Cavalier Computers integration with NetSuite • Rec Center integration with Fusion • Parking services integration with T2 and ParkMobile • Attendance tracking integration with Presence and Paciolan • Newcomb Hall Post Office – no POS, currently using a cash register and CBORD aero • Bookstore Pharmacy integration with Epic Willow Ambulatory – currently using CBORD aero • Event Tickets integration with Eventbrite • Off-Campus Merchant Acceptance • Online/App Cardholder Service Center; General Integrations - The One Card system is expected to Integrate with third-party analytics platforms, as well as third-party applications that enable the University to provide verifiable credentials, identity proofing, and password-less features. The University desires an inter-system workflow solution for integration between the One Card system and other ERP/SIS services, including but not limited to the student information system (PeopleSoft), human resources system (Workday), identity & access management solution (Fischer Identity), and housing/residence life software (StarRez) in use by the University, in addition to the proposed PACS. Additionally, the University desires a REST API that will allow for development of additional integrations as required.
