Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Engineering Services required under this contract include providing construction support and construction management services for the Taxiways C & E Intersection Relocation project. The scope of the project includes the following components: • Construction of a new stub Taxiways A2 and A3 east of the existing Concourses A & B apron between Taxiways A and U, consisting of new concrete taxiway pavement and asphalt shoulders • Modification of the existing storm drainage system impacted by the project • Installation of taxiway centerline lighting, taxiway edge lighting, and airfield signage • Demolition of existing asphalt and concrete pavement as required by the new pavement geometry • Demolition of existing taxiway centerline lighting, taxiway edge lighting, and airfield signage as required by the new geometry Services required will include but are not limited to construction support, construction management, materials testing, quality assurance testing, surveying, and construction inspection. A. Construction Support Services will generally include thefollowing: 1. Prepare a Construction Management Plan 2. Coordinate and attend regular construction progress meetings 3. Coordinate Review of submittals and shopdrawings 4. Coordinate/provide clarifications and interpretations of the contract documents 5. Coordinate/provide documents required to direct the Contractor in making any modifications due to clarifications and interpretations of the Contract Documents 6. Perform site visits to monitor progress 7. Participate in a punch list inspection of each phase of the project and prepare and submit to the Owner a list of items needing further attentionor correction 8. Participate in a final inspection of the project and recommend final acceptance of the work included in the project 9. Prepare record drawings from documents red-lined drawings prepared by the Contractor and submit them to theOwner
