Paper shall meet the minimum requirements for printed library materials set forth by ANSI Z39.48-1992 (R1997) or most current edition at time of printing. Any change in the paper used in production of the Virginia Reports must be proposed to, and approved by, the Reporter of Decisions prior to implementation by the Contractor. A sample is attached to this Request for Proposal The cover will be modified to change the date and volume number with each printing. 2.9.2.2 A proof is generated and inspected. 2.9.2.3 Stock: Mill: Domtar, Grade: Opaque Cover, Brand: Springhill, Basis Weight:65#, PPI: NA, Brightness: NA Shade: Blue and Cream, Opacity: NA, Finish: Vellum or approved equal. The Reporter of Decisions must approve the cover stock at the outset of the contract, and upon any change of cover stock proposed by the Contractor during the life of the contract. The color of the Advance Sheet cover stock alternates in an established pattern, three blue cover Advance Sheets completing a volume, followed by three crème color cover Advance Sheets completing the next volume. Contractor will notify Reporter of Decisions of requested stock changes well in advance of any changes in color or quality of paper and shall submit new option samples.
