The scope of the work is to conduct a thorough, comprehensive analysis of current practices and develop a complete plan identifying the Department’s strengths and areas for improvement. Contractor Requirements The audit will focus on evaluating the following: 1. Efficiency and effectiveness of current processes to include but not limited to: a. Posting job ads b. Initial screening of applicants c. Interviewing d. Evaluations completed (physical, psychological, etc.) e. Making offers f. New hire onboarding 2. Analyze Recruitment Channels and make recommendations on industry best practices 3.
