The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals whereby a contract may be established with one qualified firm to provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) / Talent Acquisition Services to support and supplement the recruitment, selection, and hiring of law enforcement personnel on an as-needed, as ordered, basis. This RFP aims to enhance the agency’s ability to attract and retain a diverse and qualified applicant pool while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. VSP retains the right to perform recruitment efforts in-house or use other established contracts to the extent it is practicable and shall have the right to use this contract at its discretion.
