Retractable Banner stands (interchangeable) with hardware: • Quantity: 100 • Dimensions: Must be sturdy and fit 78.5" H x 31.5" W banners • Material: Aluminum • Shock cord pole assembly • Stabilizing swivel feet • Banner stand must be interchangeable to change banners. • Weighted • Banner stand must be interchangeable to change banners 2. Soft Carry Cases fit for Banner Stands • Quantity: 100 • Material: 600D Polyester • Zippered closure • Webbing carry handles 3. Banners • Quantity: 400 • Quantity breakdown (4 different designs): o 100 of design #1 (College Nights) o 100 of design #2 (College Application Week) o 100 of design #3 (FAFSA Next) o 100 of design #4 (Decision Day) • Dimensions: 78.5" H x 31.5" W • Artwork: Print-ready files for all 4 designs provided by SCHEV • Print/Ink: front-side only, full color and full bleed • Material must be Vinyl - smooth, light-blocking, waterproof, thickness of 13 mil or higher • Sample: **Vendor must provide a sample with bid response.** • Function: o Must be retractable o Must be made interchangeable for banner stand • Digital Proof: ***Vendor must provide digital proof of each banner for approval before printing**
