Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meals 1. The Contractor shall provide one (1) buffet dinner for approximately 350 persons on the evening of August 14, 2024 at 6:00pm. Dinner should consist of two meats, two sides, roll/bread, dessert, and drink. Dinner rate shall be within state per-diem In State Standard Rate. ($26), all inclusive. 2. Contractor shall provide one (1) catered lunch for approximately 950 people on August 15. Lunch should consist of two meats, two sides, roll/bread, dessert, and drink. Shall be within state per-diem rate ($15.00), all inclusive. 3. Box Lunch: Contractor shall provide a Box Lunch variety to include cold drinks (soda) within state per diem ($15) all inclusive (day of Buffet Dinner) for approximately 40 attendees. To be provided on August 14 or, between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Cold Bottled Water` 4. Contractor shall provide Cold Bottled Water (day of the Buffet Dinner) approximately 500 bottles (August 14th). Cold water to be available in cold containers both inside and outside of the Farm Bureau Building. 5. Contractor shall provide Cold Bottled Water (day of the Roadeo) August 15th , must start at 6:30am approximately 1,500 bottles. Morning Coffee & and Tea: 6. Contractor shall provide a Morning Coffee & Hot Tea Station on day of the Roadeo August 15th , must start at 6:30am to serve approximately 950 people. Fresh Doughnuts: 7. Contractor shall a provide variety of Fresh Doughnuts on the day of the Roadeo August 15th, must start at 6:30am approximately 800 donuts. The doughnuts must be cooked within 24 hours of the Roadeo date. Bottled Tea and Lemonade: 8. Contractor shall provide Cold Bottled Tea and Lemonade the day of Roadeo August 15th approximately 400 bottles. Plastic or canned Sodas to be available in cold containers both inside and outside of the Farm Bureau Building. Canned Sodas: 9. Contractor shall provide Cold Canned Sodas the day of Roadeo August 15th approximately 1,100 cans. Plastic or canned Sodas to be available in cold containers both inside and outside of the Farm Bureau Building. Table Cloths: 10. Contractor shall provide Linen Tablecloths for 123 rectangular tables August 14th & 15th by 5:00pm. This will cover the eating tables and two tables at the stage area for the winning plaques.
