Remove existing shingles, underlayment, vents and pipe flashings down to plywood decking. 2. Inspect and replace any damaged plywood sheathing material where necessary 3. Install self-adhering ice and water shield underlayment at eaves, rakes, sidewalks and valleys. 4. Use Titanium Roof Underlayment or Equivalent 5. Replace existing shingles with lifetime architectural asphalt shingles *specify color when bidding. 6. Install new drip edge 7. Install new pipe flashing around plumbing pipes 8. Install low profile nail over ridge vent cap 9. Close out existing vents 10. Replace all flashing material with new flashing material 11. All other flashing will be caulked flashing 12. All shingles will be installed per manufacturers specifications 13. Gutters will be cleaned and tightened 14. Police area to ensure all nails and debris are removed from property. 15. Remove all crating and debris from job site and dispose of properly. 16. Provide details of material used such as branding and manufacturer. 17. Provide warranties of materials used and services provided 18. Provide copy of Class A Contractor License 19.
