Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Capital Region Airport Commission (the “Commission”) is seeking Proposals (as hereafter defined) for the operation of automated retail/specialty vending concession(s) located at the Richmond International Airport to provide additional retail, passenger services and food & beverage concepts to the Commission, which owns and operates the Richmond International Airport; The addition of automated retail vending machines (aka smart vending) will enhance the guest experience while optimizing concession revenues to the Commission. RIC is looking for machines that use the latest in e-commerce technology and provide an interactive customer experience to sell products ranging from high-end cosmetics to travel sized toiletries and fresh food & beverage products, as well as other guest amenities.
