Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide food services during non-emergency and emergency events; The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and any incidentals necessary to supply, prepare and deliver food to various locations within the City of Hampton for non-emergency and emergency events. During emergency events, to include inclement weather such as snow, hurricane, etc., the awarded Contractor shall be required to supply, prepare and deliver food for an extended amount of time while emergency and essential personnel are maintaining and restoring City services. 1. Food quality shall meet all health standards (FDA and Health Department standards). 2. Food distribution and delivery shall be available 365 days a year (24 hours a day) as needed. Food distributors are required to show they have the ability to serve food during a power outage; and either have a generator or the ability to bring one in. 3. Food warehousing and storage shall meet all applicable health standards. 4. Food delivery shall be at multiple locations within the City of Hampton.
