1. The Successful Bidder(s) shall pretreat heavily soiled exterior areas before washing. 2. The Successful Bidder’s fixed service facility or facilities shall maintain a full-service washing system, with either an automatic soft cloth or brushes and/or touchless washing. Washing shall consist of forced soap and water applied to all exterior panels, headlights, warning lights, taillights, tires, and undercarriage. 3. Upon completion of washing, a high-pressure rinse shall be utilized to ensure the vehicle is cleaned of all chemicals, soaps, and debris. 4. The Successful Bidder’s service facility or facilities may dry the buses with forced air. 5.
