Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. LOT 1 – FRAMING Line 1 – Certificate Frame: All certificates provided will be 11” H x 14” W in size. The frame provided by the contractor shall be 15 ¼” W x 12 ¼” H, Larson Juhl Confetti 2 Black 7/8" Item # 140652 or equivalent. Glass shall be 3/32” thick single strength. Backing shall be acid-free foam board, dry mount. Certificates shall be centered horizontally and vertically inside the frame. (See Attachment A) Line 2 - Shadow Box Framing: Contractor shall provide Six (6) styles of shadow boxes for framing. Each style is consistent in size, color, and frame: (See Attachment A) • 9” H x 14” W or 14” H x 9” W with a depth of 1 ¼”, Larson Juhl Tribeca Black Frame #210285 or equivalent. • Mat shall be Artique Blue Ash #A4813 or equivalent. The equivalent must be approved by VSP. • Engraved plate shall be 3.5” W x 2.5” H, beveled, silver coated black metal, with letter engraving; engraving shall be centered to plate. • Glass shall be 3/32” thick single strength. • Mounting method shall be silicone to mat. Style 1: Memorial – Sworn: Vertical 14” H x 9” W VSP Shoulder Patch and engraved plate shall be centered vertically and horizontally to frame. VSP Shoulder Patch shall be placed at top and plate shall be placed below the patch. a. Engraved plate inscription (Sworn): 1. Line 1 - “IN MEMORY OF” (all caps and centered) 2. Line 4 - TOTAL YEARS OF SERVICE (all caps) Ex: TWENTY YEARS Style 3: Retirement – Sworn Horizontal 14” W x 9” H Retirement Badge shall be centered on a line, 4” from left (2 1/8” from top and bottom to the left of the frame, engraved plate shall be placed below the badge, centered to the left of the frame.
