Specifications include, but are not limited to: Boat Rentals: A. The successful offeror shall provide boats and other watercraft as described in the table below. An adequate number of U. S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices shall be issued with each rental. B. Boats shall be cleaned and serviced daily. C. The successful offeror shall be responsible for instructing all customers on the safe use of the watercraft and equipment, and which waterways, if any, are restricted. D. The successful offeror shall provide each customer with a rental agreement, in a form approved by the park manger, that clearly states the terms and costs of the rental and any conditions which would create additional costs or liabilities to the renter (damages, late returns, fuel costs, etc.) E. The successful offeror shall be responsible for assuring that all boats with sanitation facilities are sealed against any discharge into the lake. If such boats are part of the rental fleet, the successful offeror shall provide for waste disposal, including sewage pump-out of facilities. F. The provision of these services by the successful offeror shall not be construed as to affect the privileges accorded to the public’s use of the area or to restrain or prevent the public from bringing boats, canoes, or recreation items into the park for their own use.
