Scope of Work: A. Website access and content updates: a. Tourism staff will provide and approve all content for the website. b. Offeror must have demonstrated knowledge of the WordPress platform for content management system (CMS). c. Offeror shall: i. Provide recommendations for content and graphics design adjustments as needed or requested. ii. Be responsible for completing all necessary website system updates to include any code and plugins. iii. Be capable of training internal staff on how to manage all development as well as complete content and code changes on the site as needed. iv. Be responsible for additions of contents and pages as needed or requested. v. Be responsible for regular data backups of databases as well as site code. vi. Maintain and update all site indexing and search tools. B. Analytics: a. The site must be integrated with Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Dashboard plugin. This must include Google Analytics tracking, website analytics, and data tracking. b. The website uses Yoast to manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO). C.
