The Concentrator’s responsibility shall include the following: A. Brand Development Research Strategy: Develop a recruiting plan and present the outlined goals, deliverables and timeline, and budget to HCSO leadership team. The recruiting plan shall include the following components: 1. Create Department brand and messaging; 2. Create a HCSO Call to Action/Tag Line; 3. Design color palette; 4. Present recruiting brand concept; 5. Evaluate online platforms for optimum candidate exposure; 6. Select nationwide geographic target locations/opportunities for campaign exposure; and 7. Research Market Trends/Background Research. Meet with HCSO leadership periodically to discuss the department brand/mission, outline goals of the campaign, and initiate campaign customization plan when needed. B. Video/Photography: 1. Create and edit high quality (high definition) police recruitment videos, each of fifteen (15), thirty (30) and sixty (60) seconds and one two (2) minutes recruitment video. 2. Create and edit a minimum of six (6) social media police recruitment videos. 3. Capture department-wide photography C. Digital Marketing and Strategic Online Recruiting Campaign: 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure that the HCSO recruitment website has optimal presence and accessibility in search results on multiple search engines and platforms. 2.
