Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, etc. to provide SUD services for the HCSO. 1. Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Medical Doctor The Successful Offeror shall provide a nurse practitioner, physician assistant or medical doctor to provide SUD services for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Services anticipated to be provided include, but are not limited to: a. Managing detox for non-opioid users. b. Managing MAT for opioid users (suboxone, vivitrol, methadone, etc.)c. Prescribe, as needed, medications for new inmates currently on MAT. 2. Medical Assistant The Successful Offeror shall provide a medical assistant to assist in providing SUD services for a minimum of 80 hours per week. Services anticipated to be provided include, but are not limited to: a. Verification of outside prescriptions and treatments. b. Assistance with lab work. c. Ordering of medication. d.
