Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide or make available high quality health care insurance and claims administration services to each enrollee at an affordable price. IFB 24-04-3195SR Page 4 B. Provide enrollees with a program that gives them access to an acceptable selection of medical providers and pharmacies. C. Provide timely, responsive customer service to enrollees and staff responsible for plan administration. D. Minimize disruption for current enrollees. E. Ensure costs are managed effectively by accessing superior data management capabilities, understanding the cost drivers within the program, and taking advantage of enhanced cost and utilization management opportunities in the marketplace while maintaining or enhancing quality. F. Provide simplified communication resources and value added services which may include discounts on hearing aids, eye glasses and contact lenses, discounts on weight loss programs, gym membership, etc. G. If the RetireeFirst advocacy platform is chosen, coordination of services with this program is required.
