The Albemarle County Service Authority (“ACSA”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to a select a service provider (“Responder” “Provider”) to replace their existing on-premise telephony solution with Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution. ACSA seeks to contract and partner with a single prime Provider for professional and technology services required to implement and provide reliable support CCaas and UCaaS solutions. ACSA views the evaluation, selection, implementation, and enhanced support of these new technologies as an opportunity to drive automation and efficiencies in business functions, improve the experience for its customers, and improve productivity.
