1. Quote shall be a Not To Exceed (NTE) lump sum for the installation of approximately 775LF of shrubs and 28 trees. The purpose of the landscaping is to shield headlights of parked vehicles from Airport Road. 2. Substitutes are permitted, however they must be approved by Frederick County Zoning Department. 3. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, supervision and equipment to provide landscaping services in accordance with all OSHA, Federal, State and local regulations. 4. Exact locations of trees will be determined by the Owner and Contractor at a preconstruction site visit. 5. The Contractor is responsible for coordination with all utility providers to ensure the location of all underground utilities are marked prior to construction. 6. The Contractor agrees to the Frederick County Purchase Order General Terms and Conditions, including minimum insurance coverages.
