Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide Test Hole, Utility Locating & Designating services to support the design and construction of Capital Projects - Transportation, Transit, Neighborhood conservation and wet utility projects. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision to perform the Work in accordance with project plans and in compliance with Arlington County and VDOT Standards and Specifications, and ASCE’s National Consensus Standard titled ASCE C-I 38-02, Standard Guidelines for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data. The work under the resultant contract will consist primarily of Capital Improvement Projects, which involve improvements to existing infrastructure in Arlington County and VDOT RightsOf-Way. Projects will vary in size and shall not exceed $500,000 per task order, and the County’s expected total expenditures for this contract are $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 annually.
