The sales are sold per Item by unit, harvested timber will be sold by WEIGHT by the ton.

Item # one (1) Block # one (1), TA-20B – All harvest operations including; tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck and hauling shall be completed by 1 April 2025, final site rehabilitation activities of this item shall be completed by 15 April 2025. No tree cutting 1 April to 14 November. Temporary closeout of skid trails should occur if the skid trail will be inactive for periods longer than seven (7) days or if a severe storm event is anticipated.

INSPECTION INVITED ON WEDNESDAY 23 October 2024 BEGINNING AT 9:00 a.m. FOR ACCESS TO HARVEST AREAS ARRANGE IN ADVANCE FOR FAVORABLE VETTING. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. Thursday 31 October 2024 by the Acquisition, Management, and Disposal section, Real Estate District Forester at Environmental Resources Office (DPW) Building 1406 18125 Rendezvous Drive Fort Walker, Bowling Green, VA, and then opened publicly.
