• Demolition of existing tube heating systems in the garage area and in the wash bay. • Demolition of (2) two existing AC systems for the shop area. Recover refrigerant and dispose of for recycle. • Provide (1) one dumpster for demolition debris. • Cap or seal any ducts or wall penetrations from demolition work. • Provide and install (2) Two Valent 7 Ton DOAS Gas and DX Cooling units for garage building, or Town approved equivalent. • Provide and install all accessories and controls for the new AC units for fully functional installation. • Provide and install (1) - Two Stage Low Intensity Gas Fired Heating system in the wash bay. • Provide all electrical materials, breakers, disconnects, etc. for the complete installation of each piece of equipment. • Provide all Piping materials and accessories for new gas mains to the new AC units on the roof. • Provide all venting materials for new gas heater in the wash bay.
