Designated Conference Registration Site Designated conference registration site, to be supplied with 12 ft. registration table, 4 chairs, telephone, 2 display easels, waste basket, ice water, and drinking glasses. Conference room Conference room for 12 people on Sunday from 2:00 PM– 4:00 PM on the following dates: February 1, 2026 January 31, 2027 Meeting Room (each day) Meeting room each day with tables arranged in a classroom style with individual tables that accommodates 35 people and two large round tables in the back of the room for 10 additional faculty. Additional room requirements: head table, 6 chairs, microphones (reaching 12 feet), a podium and PowerPoint/video viewing capabilities. Dates room needed: February 1-6, 2026 January 31 – February 5, 2027 Reception Space or Hospitality Suite A room suitable for after-hours hospitality suite accommodating up to 42 attendees each night. Space must permit guests to provide their own food and beverages.
