Program Participants (Including registrants, instructors, and staff) will be provided by DHCD 7 days prior to program. Two educational event/conference space provided to accommodate all program participants for the duration of each instructional day. Final count of program participants, determined upon final participant registration and provided by DHCD 7 days prior to program. Hotel/lodging accommodations to be provided for all estimated overnight lodging. Final lodging list will be provided by DHCD 7 days prior to program. Overnight program participants, to occupy single hotel/lodging rooms. Breakfast provisions to be provided for all program participants. Final count of program participants, determined upon final participant registration and provided by DHCD 7 days prior to program. Lunch meals and refreshment/beverage services to be provided for all program participants.
