Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks experienced vendors to provide a broad range of marketing services. The services include: Copywriting, Art Direction/Graphic Design and Video Production Services. Experience with higher education is preferred. Firms do not need to possess experience in all categories to respond but should provide an overview of capabilities in the response. These services may include, but are not limited to: A. COPYWRITING 1. Specific Requirements a) The vendor shall provide copywriting for marketing and advertising. The services may include but are not limited to the following: 1) Copywriting for a variety of channels including print, digital, video, social media, etc. 2) Providing concepts and “big ideas” that are guided by a creative brief. 2. General Requirements a) The vendor shall have: 1) Demonstrated experience in producing industry leading marketing and advertising concepts, copy and creative across traditional and non-traditional channels and markets 2) Proven success in producing copy for advertising and integrated marketing campaigns 3) Excellent conceptual skills 4) Excellent writing skills 5) Acute understanding of creative briefs and strategy 6) Ability to work within and apply established brand architecture and standards 3. Additional Requirements a) The vendor shall provide a brief history of the firm, names, qualifications, and experience of personnel, and a portfolio of their work including at least three work samples. C. ART DIRECTION/GRAPHIC DESIGN 1. Specific Requirements a) The vendor shall provide art direction/graphic design for marketing and advertising. The services may include but are not limited to the following: 1) Art direction/graphic design for a variety of channels including print, digital, video, social media, etc. 2) Providing concepts and “big ideas” that are guided by a creative brief. 2. General Requirements a) The vendor shall have: 1) Demonstrated experience in producing industry leading marketing and advertising concepts and creativity across traditional and non-traditional channels and markets 2) Proven success in producing creative for advertising and integrated marketing campaigns 3) Excellent conceptual skills 4) Excellent art direction and graphic design skills 5) Acute understanding of creative briefs and strategy 6) Ability to work within and apply established brand architecture and standards 3. Additional Requirements a) The vendor shall provide a brief history of the firm, names, qualifications, and experience of personnel, and a portfolio of their work including at least three work samples. E. VIDEO PRODUCTION 1. Specific Requirements a) The vendor shall provide full-service video production including, pre- and postproduction, for delivery to a variety of channels including broadcast, social media, online, etc. 2. General Requirements a) The vendor shall have: 1) Demonstrated experience in producing industry leading video for marketing and advertising across a variety of channels and markets 2) Proven success in producing assets for advertising and integrated marketing campaigns 3) The ability to provide options and solutions to meet the needs of the specific project 4) The ability to bring creativity to life through shooting boards and director treatments 5) Understanding of creative briefs and strategy 6) Ability to work within and apply established brand architecture and standards 3. Additional Requirements a) The vendor shall provide a brief history of the firm, names, qualifications, and experience of personnel, and a reel including at least three work samples.
