Install new or like new vending machines in designated areas at no cost to the Authority. Machines should also have the capability to dispense change when one- and five- dollar bills are offered for purchases. Machines shall have credit card readers in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliant)/debit cards in all locations. Provide the size, model, and type of equipment to be provided. B. Furnish, maintain, and properly service all machines to ensure good working order, cleanliness and absence of insects and pests. C. Provide a visible decal with a telephone number for service, repairs and refunds. This customer service phone number shall be staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Calls shall be returned within twenty-four (24) hours. D. Respond to requests for repair/service within twenty-four (24) hours. E. Internet connectivity can be provided by Airport at no cost to vendor. F. Establish and implement a system of keeping vending machines stocked regularly with items within expiration. G. Routinely inspect the items for freshness and quality and remove all outdated items promptly. H. Provide a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Please describe your selections in detail. I. Establish and implement a system of providing timely refunds to individuals in the event of loss. J. Maintain a complete and accurate set of records pertaining to sales and service throughout the term of the Contract. These records shall be provided to the Authority upon request.
