Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vending Machines: The vendor shall provide and install at least one vending machine capable of storing and dispensing a variety of snacks. Additionally, the vendor shall provide and install two drink machines offering a range of beverages including, but not limited to, sodas, juices, and water. Product Selection: The vendor shall ensure a diverse selection of products that cater to the preferences of our employees and visitors. The product offerings should include healthy snack options as well as traditional favorites. Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the vending machines is crucial to ensure uninterrupted service. The vendor shall be responsible for restocking products, cleaning, and repairing the machines promptly in case of malfunction. Payment Systems: The vending machines should be equipped with modern payment systems, including cash and cashless options such as credit/debit cards and mobile payments. Compliance: The selected vendor must comply with all local health and safety regulations regarding the operation and maintenance of vending machines.
